The prices are reasonable especially considering the specialist nature of the uniforms. They were low … More on stock on some lines though so 4.5 out 5, which isn’t an option so just writing it so everyone knows about this very important 0.5 😁

  I just had the most amazing experience with my son at this store this evening.
  After first meeting them at Ealing Fields High school at the ‘welcome evening’ event, I explained to Helen and her colleague that my son has sensory issues … More and suspected ADHD. I knew a uniform fitting was needed but was uncertain how my son would cope in the store. Helen completely sympathised with my son and no judgement was cast. She suggested, I came in with him at closing time so that my son could have a private fitting with no one else around. I could see my son unsettled at the start but with Helen engaging and talking to him with courtesy and consideration, my son was fully cooperative and able to move freely and without fear of being told off. After trying on all the necessary uniform pieces and having a good stretch in them, he said he wanted to return back to the store for the experience. He added that he liked Helen very much and wished he could do fittings every time he needed to try again on new clothes - in general!
  I CANNOT thank Helen enough, for her dedication, time and engagement with my son. She made the whole experience enjoyable. My stress and worries diminished the moment she started talking to him in a caring and non hostile way. She clearly understands children with special/additional needs. I will most certainly be returning there when items need replenishing.
  If you have children that needs a caring approach to trying on uniform, please visit this shop in West Ealing. You will not regret it.

  I initially called the shop with an enquiry and ended up with 2 pairs of school shoes, all without setting foot in store. … More Helen's wealth of knowledge and vast experience soon became apparent. Armed only with shoe sizes in centimetres and a vague description of preferred styles, Helen was able to guide me through the difficult task of buying shoes online. Once ordered the shoes arrived quickly, they fit well and most importantly got the kids seal of approval.

  I am presently queuing up outside because doors are closed while there are three families in the shop, looking around and there are two workers just talking to each other, twiddling their thumbs. The shop is big enough for more customers … More and there are enough workers to have more in. This is not pandemic/lockdown time. It’s ridiculous. Maybe it’s an advert for their business, to have people queue outside but the shop is nearly empty. This is farcical.
